CHAMBER NETWORKING EVENTS

GRAND OPENINGS

If you join the Hermiston Chamber as a new business, or if you have been a member for a long period of time and would like to “reintroduce” yourself to the Community; a Grand Opening or a Ribbon Cutting is just the right way to do it!  The Chamber staff provides the ribbon, the giant scissors and all of the pomp and circumstance involved in this celebration!

BUSINESS TO BUSINESS LUNCHEONS

Business to Business Luncheons happen on the 4th Tuesday of every month! The Greater Hermiston Chamber of Commerce’s monthly meetings are held as luncheons and on occasion, breakfasts.  This is a great opportunity to network with other businesses in town and enjoy a member-catered meal while building relationships. We schedule guest speakers to offer professional insight regarding current issues and topics that are affecting businesses and communities locally and nationally.

WORKSHOPS & SEMINARS

Several times a year, we host various workshops and invite speakers to educate our community on current events and issues that directly affect our local businesses. In 2011 the Chamber hosted an Aquifer Restoration Celebration for local Dignitaries, Leadercast seminar, small business webinars, a breakfast with Representative Greg Smith, Army Depot Forum, a Social Media Seminar and more.

ALIVE AFTER 5pm & GET YOUR MORNING PERK

What a great opportunity to show off your business, merchandise, services and staff!  These two events are designed to bring Chamber Members together to cross-promote their business and to network and socialize with all who attend.  Chamber Ambassadors will help create an inviting atmosphere by greeting people as they enter your facility and encourage people to mingle!  AA5’s usually begin at 5:30pm on Wednesdays and Get Your Morning Perks begin at 7:30am on Fridays.
